Healing sessions are similar to the Chakra Balance but working on your particular need, focusing with specific Crystals to help align your body's natural healing ability.

We can also look at what your fears and blockages are.

When blocked - paranoia, fear, procrastination, defensiveness, restlessness, feeling abandoned and a lack of focus.
Sacral Chakra
Orange - just below the navel
Sexuality and creativity, emotion, desire, pleasure, sensuality, procreation and expression.
When blocked - emotional problems, obsessive compulsive behaviour and sexual guilt.
Solar Plexus Chakra
Yellow - just under the breast bone.
Confidence, sense of self, intellect, purpose, ambition, personal power, sensitivity, achievement and base of emotional life
When blocked - anger, frustration, lack of direction or a sense of victimisation, low self-esteem, inability to set or maintain goals and boundaries.
Heart Chakra
Green - level with the heart.
Love and healing, general health, compassion, empathy and acceptance.
When blocked - problems with the immune system, lung and heart issues, inhumanity, lack of compassion or unprincipled behaviour.
Throat Chakra
Blue - base of the neck.
Communication, truth, honesty, verbal expression, self control, inner and outer hearing, synthesis of ideas, healing, transformation and purification.
