About The Complete You
Mind, Body & Soul
The Complete You concept began in 2009, I was missing something in my life, I felt a need, a calling, there has to be more to Life than daily grind and holding it all together. Taking all these into account, I wanted to create something to help myself and people around me. This has never fully developed as I didn't really have the time, energy or support and ended up just being a mobile hairdresser and beauty therapist for a few years.
Since then I've had to adapt to my changing circumstances, creating a summer house beauty room at home and still only doing hair and beauty.
Fast forward to now and my circumstances have changed yet again and I'm able to offer so much more!
The Holistics of Self
Holistic - looking at the whole being, seeing the bigger picture, individual parts of a system are interconnected and can only be fully understood by looking at the entire system.
