I use Oracle & Tarot cards as a tool to help, they can bring forward what is in our subconscious, bringing to light, and putting into words, our underlying feelings, needs and desires - once you know what these are you can begin to work on them.

I love talking with others wherever they are on their spiritual journey. I already have a lot of personal experience from practicing myself and developing my skills. I have a few exercises that can help improve your intuition, it is important that the way you practice feelsright to you, we are all different and have our own way of expressing ourselves, it's the same with spirituality, there's no right or wrong way to do things as it's all about the intention and each individual perception.
And remember, your spiritual journey always starts with self, your awakening, your learning - you can help others when you've found your true self.
The 7 Chakras
Root Chakra
Red - base of the spine
Basic trust, grounding, security, confidence, physical vitality and survival.
When blocked - paranoia, fear, procrastination, defensiveness, restlessness, feeling abandoned and a lack of focus.
Sacral Chakra
Orange - just below the navel
Sexuality and creativity, emotion, desire, pleasure, sensuality, procreation and expression.
When blocked - emotional problems, obsessive compulsive behaviour and sexual
Solar Plexus Chakra
Yellow - just under the breast bone.
Confidence, sense of self, intellect, purpose, ambition, personal power, sensitivity, achievement and base of emotional life
When blocked - anger, frustration, lack of direction or a sense of victimisation, low self-esteem, inability to set or maintain goals and boundaries.
Heart Chakra
Green - level with the heart.
Love and healing, general health, compassion, empathy and acceptance.
When blocked - problems with the immune system, lung and heart issues, inhumanity, lack of compassion or unprincipled behaviour.
Throat Chakra
Blue - card of the neck.
Communication, truth, honesty, verbal expression, self control, inner and outer hearing, synthesis of ideas, healing, transformation and purification.
When blocked - lack of creativity and inspiration, dishonesty, problems with communicating needs to understanding.
Third Eye Chakra
Indigo - Centre of the forehead.
Awareness, intuition, thought, insight, sixth sense, imagination, perception and knowing.
When blocked - lack of foresight, mental rigidity, selective memory and depression
Crown Chakra
Violet - top of the head.
Spirituality, wisdom, connection to a higher source, understanding, acceptance and bliss
